Thru-Wall Flashing
A thru wall flashing is designed to be inserted during the building of a masonry wall.
It's specific design allows for an outlet of accumulated moisture within the masonry
wall and diverts said moisture to the exterior. Moisture trapped within the masonry
wall can eat away at the brick and cause serious damage. Typically made of copper,
a thru wall flashing is a necessary component in combating water damage.
